Hello everyone

Actually I am working on adsorption of some gases by 2D structures and I am stucked in a problem, when I try to visualize the movie.pdb of the 2D materials using VMD, the VMD only shows the last frame contained in the movie.pdb (Similar error occurs. When I try to use some advanced examples contained in the Raspa2 folder). Do Someone found similar mistakes? And if they found, can give me some explanation to fix it?

Check some other viewer to make sure the pdb-file is okay.
iRASPA can also visualize the frames of the movie.

What could be a potential issue with VMD is that all frames need to have the same amount of atoms for VMD to work out of the box for movies.
