Hello,
I want to know whether RASPA can compute with multi-core (for Molecular Dynamics), as i have a 6-core system (each with 2 thread), i want a accelerated computing . If RASPA can achieve this , what command should i use ?

No. For MD, you're better off using LAMMPS which is parallel and very fast.
