I have just launched the iRASPA and i can't figure out how to make it work. After launching it, unless the window is minimized, any input i do (for instance typing on my keyboard) doesn't seem to register, but when i minimize then put the window in fullscreen again, what I typed appears. I don't know if I am clear enough so if you have questions i can answer feel free to ask. I have added a captures. The first one is after typing something and before minizing the window. The second one is after minimizing the window and putting it in fullscreen again.

Input files and parameters / How to calculate henry's const...
Last post by Riyaz - February 16, 2026, 07:49:12 AMI am a beginner trying to calculate Henry's constant of Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane using RASPA. First, I am calculating the Ideal gas Rosenbluth weight. I get an error saying "Multiple previous beads". I am using a united-atom force field for siloxane developed by Chng. Sholl. I have attached the molecule definition file and simulation input file.
I don't know how to instruct the software to carry out CBMC or CFCMC for the siloxane. In the RASPA manual, the examples are shown mostly for small molecules.
If I consider the bond length fixed and the Harmonic bend and OPLS torsion, should I give atom coordinates in the molecule definition file?
Should I give the force constant in kJ/mol or K?
Why am I getting this error? Is there any problem with the definition of the connectivity?

RASPA 2 included an example for this (https://github.com/numat/RASPA2/blob/master/Docs/Examples/examples.tex#L707), and the manual listed IdentityChangeProbability as an option in the Component section. I noticed it's missing from the RASPA 3 manual (https://github.com/iRASPA/RASPA3/blob/main/data/manual/raspa-manual.pdf) and from the examples. Can we no longer run simulations using Identity Exchange moves in RASPA?
