Dear Dr. Dubbeldam,

I am trying a 3 box Gibbs ensemble MC simulation in 2 components.
I set Box0 to the solution phase, Box1 to the vapor phase transfer medium, and Box2 to the adsorbed phase (MOF).
As an initial state, I filled only Box0 or Box0 and Box1 with molecules.
Then, I performed an adsorption simulation.
However, the molecules did not move to Box2 and the amount of adsorption was 0.
How can I solve this problem?
Also, how can I get the molecules to adsorb from Box0 to Box2 through Box1?

The actual calculation conditions are as follows:

General / How to make snapshots
September 26, 2020, 10:23:48 AM
Dear Dr. Dubbeldam,

I simulated the adsorption of gas to MOF following the tutorial.
I could obtain an adsorption isotherm, but I don't understand how to make snapshots showing how molecules are adsorbed in the pores of the MOF at each pressure.
How can I solve this problem?

Sincerely,
Imaeda

General / Surface area of MgMOF-74
August 19, 2020, 05:43:51 AM
Dear all,
I am trying to calculate surface area of MgMOF-74 following the tutorial.
Cif file of MgMOF-74 is in RASPA2-master>structures>mofs>cif.
However, the calculation result is 0.
How can I solve this problem?
The input file is:
